Special Education Evaluation and Eligibility with Dr. Brandi Tanner

This workshop will discuss the special education evaluation and eligibility process. It will include information about how to request an IEP evaluation, the differences between a school and private psychoeducational evaluation, and the role of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RtI) plan in the evaluation process. We will discuss pieces of information that will be considered in the eligibility determination and how to get an IEP in place as fast as possible.
