Craig D. Barrett is a senior counsel in the Government Contracts Group in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office. Before joining Crowell & Moring, he spent nearly 18 years in government service as an active-duty service member and later as a civilian.
Most recently, Craig served as associate counsel at the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO), where he advised on high profile procurement matters. Before then, Craig served as an active-duty Marine Judge Advocate and, as a civilian, he was an operations manager for the Marine Corps' acquisition arm.
Committed to pro bono service, Craig has served as legal director for Operations Renewed Hope Foundation, a 501(c) non-profit organization that provides housing for homeless veterans. Craig has volunteered countless hours of service for the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless. Affiliations: Admitted in New York and the District of Columbia.
