Join us! Come experience and learn about the challenges many students with dyslexia often face. The simulation is designed to help individuals gain a better understanding of how the difficulties that may impact their student’s life.

Deberah Schlagel
Ms. Deberah Schlagel is a parent advocate. Ms. Schlagel started volunteering with a special education parent group in 2015. Ms. Schlagel understands the special education process having gone through it with her own child. Ms. Schlagel has been facilitating simulations since 2017. Ms. Schlagel advocates for services and social justice in education so that all children have an opportunity to thrive in their future endeavors.
